Changing password (expired)

Connecting from outside of the Petainer network - via VPN:

1. Ask the IT department for a temporary password. Usually, it will be sent to your phone.

2. Sign in to your computer using the expired password.

3. Establish the VPN connection using the temporary password. ( See Establishing VPN connection )

3. Press the Ctrl+Alt+Del combination on your keyboard. A new screen comes up.

4. Select "Change a password".

5. Fill in your temporary and new password, confirm the new password and click on the arrow.

Connecting from inside of the Petainer network - NO VPN (possible only in Aš, Lidköping, and London):

1. Sign in to your computer using the expired password. 

2. Fill in your temporary and new password, confirm the new password and click on the arrow.
